Ireland's squad of 91 athletes came home with a haul of 86 medals – 30 gold, 29 silver and 27 bronze.
Catholic and Church of Ireland Primates give joint blessing to sculptor Tim Schmalz’s seven foot bronze work depicting Jesus as a homeless man sleeping on a park bench.
The sculpture depicts a park bench with a faceless cloaked figure lying on it. Passers-by realise that it depicts Jesus only when they notice the holes in the feet.
