Next Sunday 12th January 2020 is the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord. The Mass at 12noon is the annual Mass to celebrate the children who were baptized on our Church during 2019. All those baptized during the year, are invited to bring their baptismal candle, their parents and Godparents, family and friends to this celebration.

Lectio is for people like you. Join us to deepen your appreciation of the living word.
In preparation for the season of Lent, Fr Joseph Ralph invites you to attend a practice of scriptural reading, meditation and prayer: Lectio Divina. Together participants will Read, Recognize, Respond, Rest-in and Reflect on the Living Word.
This week long Guided Retreat will be facilitated by Fr. David Larkin, a Kiltegan priest and experienced retreat facilitator, who will guide the participants to a deeper understanding of themselves in light of the gospel. The day will include Eucharist along with time for spiritual direction or a chat with Fr. David.

Using songs, poems, stories from life, passages from Scripture and our Church’s liturgy, participants will explore the stories and events that have shaped us and our call to be story-tellers, people of faith, and rooted in kindness. With accompaniment from Fr. Vincent Sherlock, author of The Enchanted Way and Let Advent be Advent, these days will be relaxed and flexible, allowing time for input, reflection and sharing. Nothing will be written in stone.
