Dr James Fleming will present (an Archaeologists View on) The Meaning of Prayer in the Bible. He will draw on most of his illustrations for
the topic from the experiences of Holy Week.

The first two lectures will focus on “praying in the name of Jesus”.

The First lecture on Friday discussing the “authority and responsibility of praying in the name of Jesus”.

the second on Saturday 24th dealing with “praying in the character of Jesus”.

The third lecture on Saturday 24th March will deal with “Why Some Prayers can or Cannot be Answered as We Wish”.
