"There is a quiet light that shines in every heart. Though it is always secretly there, it draws no attention to itself. It is what illuminates our minds to see beauty, our desire to seek possibility and our hearts to love life." John O’Donohue

The journey of each life is a pilgrimage but so often we travel as tourists!
In this healing retreat Shirley will spend time helping participants to find their ‘quiet light’ and to synthesise their sacred life journey, knowing that no period of life is easy. We seek God through prayer, work and peace and recognise how the Holy Spirit is alive and active in our world in the 21st century.
Shirley emphasises the integration of body, mind, spirit and emotions in healing. Her unique gift of synthesising many disciplines, and of encompassing the absolute uniqueness of each person’s spirituality will assist participants on their sacred soul journey.
The Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist will be celebrated during the Retreat.
